Tiffany George
Executive Director
Tiffany has been employed with Southern Five since July 1, 2008. Tiffany was the Economic Development Coordinator for eight years before becoming the Executive Director on July 1, 2016. She has a Master of Business Administration with a Emphasis on Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Franklin University, Columbus, OH.
Tiffany's duties include managing a staff of four office professionals, coordinating Agency affairs, representing the Agency to local and state officials, managing and coordinating all Agency programs, grant writing, preparation of the annual budget, and conducting monthly Policy Board meetings.

Lacey Reagan
Regional Planner
Regional Planner
Lacey has been employed with Southern Five since January 29, 2018. Lacey was the Administrative Assistant for nearly one and half years before becoming the Regional Planner on May 15, 2019. She brings to Southern Five eight additional years of administrative experience having worked at Crain Enterprises, Inc., Marion Intermediate School, and Joppa Maple Grove School District.
Lacey's duties include assisting communities in the preparation of applications for grant funding and administration of the public infrastructure and house rehabilitation programs; assisting in the development and preparation of public facility plans; completing the State of Illinois environmental clearance procedures; and assisting in other special studies and projects.

Brittany Taylor
Economic Development Coordinator
Brittany has been employed with Southern Five since January 2, 2015. Brittany was the Programs Assistant for Southern Five until January 1, 2017 when she assumed the role of Economic Development Coordinator. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University, Cape Girardeau, MO.
Brittany's duties include administering economic development programs and activities of the Commission including state and federal economic development financing programs such as USDA, EDA, DCEO, Southern Five Development Corporation's revolving loan funds, and municipal and county revolving loan funds; preparing economic development grants and project applications.

Controller
Heather has been employed with Southern Five since May 2, 2011. She brings to Southern Five eight additional years of experience having worked at Shawnee Community College in the same capacity for three years (May 2008 - April 2011) and at Southern Five as the Economic Development Coordinator for five years (April 2003 - May 2008). She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting from Southeast Missouri State University, Cape Girardeau, MO.
Heather's duties include managing the financial aspect of the CDAP grants and revolving loan funds, managing the Agency's financial portfolio, preparing monthly financial statements, processing payroll, coordinating employee benefits, filing federal and state payroll reports, and preparing the Agency's preliminary budget.
